Welcome to FlowYoga Body Mind Fitness. Congratulations on taking your first step towards gaining a stronger fitter healthier body, and a more relaxed and calm state of mind.
As both an exercise physiologist and yoga teacher I have researched the common principles of Yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, and many other types of holistic exercise and eastern and western medical science. FlowYoga has been created as a mind/body health and fitness system that is practical and efficient.
FlowYoga is based on 15 years intensive research and is grounded in sound biomechanical and physiological principles. The movements and sequences work synergistically strengthening all the body systems at the same time, and mimic postures and movements that occur in daily living.
FlowYoga works instantly, giving you a great feeling of health and wellbeing. However greater benefits occur with time. After just several weeks you will notice improvements in your strength, flexibility and fitness, as well as your joint function, peace-of-mind and well-being.
