FlowYoga is a synergistic exercise system that strengthens all the body's systems at the same time.

So what is FlowYoga, and how does it work?
FlowYoga uses specific sequences of postures and movements (forms) that progressively strengthen your body from the inside out, and from your feet up.
Preliminary floor exercises will improve your core strength and stability.

Dynamic stance work will strengthen and tone yours legs hips, waist and spine, and improve your joint stability.
Warrior movements will co-ordinate the movement of your arms, legs and waist.
Sun movements activate and strengthen the central axis of your body (the spine), and develop your upper body strength, stamina, concentration and circulation.
Seated postures will improve your flexibility and promote relaxation and internal health.
Breathing techniques will tone and strengthen your respiratory and nervous systems.
Relaxation facilitates recovery, improves immunity, balances your hormonal system and will leave you feeling relaxed and full of vitality.
The exercises are performed with deep rhythmic breathing, flowing connecting movements and internal techniques.
