Alex Armstrong, B.Sc.(hons), SMA, AAESS
Alex is the director and principal teacher at FlowYoga Body Mind Fitness. He has studied various forms of holistic exercise since an early age, and completed teaching courses in many styles of therapeutic exercise.
He completed an honours degree in exercise physiology, and lectures undergraduate courses at the Human Movement Department of UWA. He is researching a PHD in Biomechanics.
Alex has worked intensively in exercise rehabilitation and is registered with Sports Medicine Australia, The Australian Association for Exercise and Sports Science, and The Yoga Teachers Association of WA.
