Beginners Course: An easy step-by-step introduction to the practice of FlowYoga
FlowYoga beginners courses are fun and easy to learn. This eight week beginners course is an introduction to the practice of FlowYoga. Each movement is taught step-by-step, and easy variations are given where needed.
Prelude Form
This beginners course introduces the FlowYoga Prelude Form. This carefully constructed series of postures and movements uses gravity and leverage in all directions and planes of movement. By this method, you regain control of your body and re- awaken its full movement potential. Strength, flexibility, tone, balance and symmetry are restored. Once balance is achieved, health and vitality occur naturally and spontaneously in both body, mind and spirit.
Core movements create stability. Functional stances develop the legs and hips which carry the spine and move it efficiently. Sun and warrior movements stimulate essential pathways. Seated positions promote internal health and relaxation. Meditation calms the mind and brings a sense of health and well-being.
